The 1-4 Zone Offense

The 1-4 high attack shown in this DVD can be used against the 2-3, 1-2-2, and 3-2 zone defenses. The attack uses the short corner and high post to create spacing and constant cutting from different perimeter positions and good screening action to make it difficult to defend. Coach Kowalczyk also shows different entries and plays that can be run to get into the offense and keep the defense off balance. The DVD finishes with a perimeter shooting drill.
