Individual Shooting & Conditioning Workout
This video provides a new approach to training for basketball, as it combines strength training and fundamental skill work within the same workout. Combining strength and conditioning with basketball skill training is an important ingredient in becoming an exceptional all-around basketball player. Justin Kittredge introduces seven intense basketball workouts that are good for all levels of basketball training.
There are two main focuses in this video that Justin believes will make you a complete basketball player:
Strength and Conditioning - This DVD will show you several different body weight exercises to incorporate into your basketball workout routine. These exercises focus on good form and pushing yourself to the limit. By combining the strength and conditioning exercises with basketball workouts, you build muscle strength, endurance, balance and coordination to becoming a better athlete.
Shooting and Basketball Skills - Each workout includes a shooting drill that will allow you to improve your floater, pull-up jumper, mid-range shot and 3-point shot. At the end of each workout you will take a foul shot. If you miss, you will do another strength exercise until you make the foul shot. Ending each drill this way shows the importance of foul shooting and staying mentally tough when fatigued.

Team Shooting & Conditioning Workout
In this unique shooting workout series, Justin Kittredge demonstrates team drills that combine shooting with strength and conditioning exercises.
The competitive drills in this DVD simulate game shots and simulate the wear and tear that comes from playing hard for a full game. The drills look to develop shooting from mid-range and 3-point range and develop both spot-up shots and shooting on the move.
Kittredge emphasizes three main components throughout the video that are sure to improve your team:
Communication - In each drill, players communicate with each other in order to complete the drill and beat an opposing team. Competition for a common goal is as important as individual skill development. Players are consistently encouraging teammates through each drill.
Fundamentals - These drills teach good fundamentals for the individual player, which in turn creates a better, more fundamental team.
Strength and Conditioning - Incorporating strength and conditioning into each drill puts physical and mental pressure on your players, as they must perform while fatigued.
The workout presented can be performed during any phase of your season. Kittredge demonstrates flexibility with the drills and shows how to execute the drills regardless of the size of your team.
