Payment Options

Choose from secure online credit card processing, Paypal, check, money order or purchase orders. You can also order by phone at 1-800-391-4492. Customer Service Representatives are available from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm eastern time, Monday through Friday. Checks should be made out to Sports Nation, Inc. and sent to: 2730 Graham Street, Ames, IA 50010. Credit cards will be validated online when you place your order. You can also fax an order form to 515-232-3739 with credit card information.

Purchase Orders

Orders can be submitted (via mail or fax) with a valid purchase order and will be billed to your school or organization. Please include a contact person at the school or organization who can verify the purchase order number. Or, include a letter authorizing us to accept the order.

Shipping Info

Orders placed by 1:00 p.m. eastern time on any business day will be shipped that day. All other orders will ship on the next business day.

"Best Value" service offers the best value with delivery in approximately 2 - 4 business days anywhere in the continental US! (AK/HI delivered in up to 8 business days.) Tracking number will be sent via email.

"Economy" service is economical and reliable and all packages are delivered in approximately 5 - 8 days! (AK/HI service available but not recommended as it may take up to 30 days!) No tracking information is available.

"Next Day" is the fastest service and all packages are delivered the next business day. (Continental US only). Tracking number will be sent via email.

Canada orders - shipped via UPS and are delivered in approximately 5 to 7 business days!

Return Policy

If a DVD or book is found to be unsatisfactory in any way, follow these simple steps for a return or exchange:

1) Call 1-800-391-4492 for a return authorization within 7 days of receipt of goods.

2) Reason for return must be stated.

3) Returned items must be in NEW condition.

4) After receiving a return authorization, return the products including the following: a) Invoice number or copy of packing slip, b) Title and item number of your exchange items.

5) Please note: a) One-time exchange only, b) We do not accept exchanges or returns on sale items or clinic items, c) Approved returns and exchanges will be for the amount of purchase only!

6) Wrap the merchandise securely and return via insured parcel post or UPS to:
