Q: What is your return policy?

A: Satisfaction Guaranteed! If you are not satisfied with a book or video, please contact us and we will tell you how to return it for a full refund.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Orders placed by 12:00 noon on any business will ship the same day. All other orders will ship on the next business day. Standard shipping is via First Class Mail from New York, which takes another three to five business days depending on your location. Click here for shipping rates.

Q: Do you accept international orders?

A: We do not accept orders outside of the United States..

Q: Can I buy using a purchase order?

A: Schools and approved businesses (businesses must complete a credit application) can use a purchase order. Simply fax an official purchase order to 208-988-9239.
