An explosive wrestler automatically has an advantage over his opponent. Tim Mclellan has trained many champion wrestlers (including Oplympians) to be explosive and now he can teach you. In this DVD he gives you 30 exercises to build your speed and increase your strength. McClellan starts with a shoulder warm-up and then provide injury prevention exercises for the shoulders and neck. Strength and speed exercises are presented in the next section and broken down into three areas: upper body strength, lower body strength and lower body power. At least 10 exercises are provided in each area with clear step by step demonstration of proper mechanics. The exercises are movement specific and simulate the action that wrestlers perform on the mat. These exercise train both the muscles and movement.
