Every wrestler needs to build strength and maintain a high level of conditioning. In this DVD Coach Davis shows you the workout program he uses for his own team. The in-season program includes circuit training presented by Davis and strength training coach Jerry Eggermont. They will show you a nine station program with the plate workout series and muliple variations.
